Real Estate Development Company looking for an experienced licensed GENERAL CONTRACTOR, interested in joining a team of leading edge of development and hyper-efficient homes. Our goal is to be one of the premier developers of passive house designs in the City and expand beyond those boarders. We are additionally seeking working CONSTRUCTION CREW with experience and motivation to be the best in trade. Non-union individuals are welcome as our goal is to level the playing field with those who experience challenges in breaking into the construction trade. ARCHITECTS: we are additionally seeking architects to interview as well. We will consider all level of experience as innovation is not exclusive to experience but motivation to push the limits on design and thinking. We employ BIM and Energy Modeling as our priorities as we think about building and designing smarter for urban and suburban areas. We are currently holding interviews for individuals who hold a license and or are enthusiastic about building design, innovative thinking and ambition to push the limits on construction technology.
