Looking for a helper to work with me and learn my way of doing things. Must live with in half hour of me. Must be comfortable working around heavy equipment and all types of power tools working at heights or difficult places is common. Do not apply if you have disabilities or are not ready to handle any task you are given some days will be rigorous hard work while others will be laid back doing remedial tasks on my family farm. My company is growing and I need someone to take on more of my responsibilities as well as assist me in completing the jobs I have. There is room to grow here if you want it and deserve it. general knowledge of all aspects of construction excavation and landscaping/hardscaping are a plus but whoever I hire needs to learn everything how I want things done to make my customers happy. We do everything! Must have a valid license reliable transportation and be drug free. Must wear work boots and have a respectable appearance as well as be respectful to customers. Applicants will be given an on the job interview which will determine starting pay. New hire can expect between 30 and 50 hours per week. Hard work or over achieving is rewarded with cash bonuses.
