Job description: Maintenance Technician Responsible, under the guidance of the Property Manager, for the overall maintenance of the buildings and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community. Essential duties include but are not limited to: -Make ready (turn) units for new move-ins -Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting. -Responding to service requests such as leaks, inoperable appliances, HVAC, buildings and common areas. -Maintain the cleanliness of the building and the community's curb appeal. -Able to rotate with service team for on call (after hours) emergency maintenance requests. -Assist management with preventative maintenance. Job Requirements: Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Maintenance Technician should have necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above. Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: We provide masks. Hand soap and hand sanitizer is available for all employees.
