Join Ashley to honor the sacred balance of sun and moon through a vinyasa- yin fusion and guided meditation class
Just as the moon pulls on the tides of the ocean, so too are we affected by the cycles of the moon. Working with moon energy is a powerful way to tune into the cycles of nature that also exist within each and every one of us. The moon in full illumination is symbolic of the polaric dance between sun and moon as the moon reflects the light of the sun. In this gathering, we will honor the sacred balance of sun and moon through a vinyasa- yin fusion and a guided meditation. Together, we will set intentions for the lunar cycle, let go of that which no longer serves, and amplify our intentions through sharing in conscious community.

We'll meet in our usual shady spot by City Park's Graham-Bible House, near the intersection of 20th Ave. & York St., across the street from Syrup. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Due to park permitting this year there are limited spots available. Please make sure to register for a spot through Eventbrite
Please also unregister if you can’t make it so a fellow yogi can join. We love making yoga accessible to all!
