Sunday Workshop with Rev. Elizabeth Longo Facilitated by Rev. Elizabeth Longo Embodied Awakening is a fun, vibrant, dynamic, experiential workshop that is transformative and practical. We are swimming in an ocean of infinite intelligence and abundance of goodness. In a loving, joyful manner we will be using denials and affirmations to let go of what no longer serves you and instead focus on your heart’s desires. Remove stubborn blocks, old programming, and self-sabotaging patterns. While using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) breathing, and other modalities you will be able to experience a more expansive consciousness, a higher vibration, and the joy of being fully present to the life you deserve About Rev. Elizabeth Longo: Elizabeth Longo is an ordained Unity Minister and a Life Coach with a passion to be a catalyst for the awakening of humanity. She is currently serving as the Transitional Minister at Renaissance Unity in Cleveland, Ohio. She has served as Sr. Minister at Unity of Fort Lauderdale and prior to that she was the Associate Minister at Unity on the Bay. She currently serves the movement as a mentor in the Field Licensing Program and is a Certified Consultant and Transitional Specialist for Unity Worldwide Ministries. Elizabeth is part of the faculty of Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute and writes for many of the Unity publications. Elizabeth attended the School for the Work by Byron Katie, studied Non-Violent Communication directly with Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, the founder, and is deeply immersed in transformational practices. She facilitates retreats, classes, workshops, and awakening seminars throughout the country.
