We are looking for a person to remove decedents from the place of death and transport them to funeral homes or a tissue bank. Funeral Home work includes includes removals from hospitals, nursing homes and residences. Dress clothes are required in this situation Pay is on a per removal basis. You will be driving our company vehicle, dispatched from your residence. YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. About ninety percent of the work is done in Greensboro with some also in High Point, Jamestown, Summerfield and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone that lives in the Greensboro/High Point area. You should be in good physical shape to transfer the decedent from the ground, floor, bed or car to a cot and then into our vehicle. We also require that you pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record. We provide the PPE necessary to do the job safely. Due to the nature of this job you will be required to work at odd hours all over the Guilford County area. It is necessary to respond quickly. You will be on call 24 hours a day.
