Let’s create a community of LGBTQ+ Entrepreneurs Less than 1% of U.S. deals go in favor of LGBT+ founders, according to VC firm Backstage Capital, and 37% of LGBT+ entrepreneurs choose not to "out" themselves to investors, according to StartOut, a non-profit for LGBT+ entrepreneurs. Are you a Queer entrepreneur and don’t know how to get started? Or do you have a business and not now how to scale up to the next level? Entrepreneurs are all over the state, many in the city of Louisville where we are headquartered. Many LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs are either too scared to start or face roadblocks and gate keeping. Let’s talk about these issues during a casual meet up where we can learn about one another and begin to create a community of LGBTQ+ business owners.
