Join us for a full body workout that leaves you limber, strong and connected! Beer, wine and socializing after! A full hour, full body workout that will leave you feeling limber, strong, and connected. You will complete a circuit of body-weight strength and cardio exercises coupled with yoga poses and vinyasa flows so that we can find mindfulness in our movement. After class, continue the fun with socializing and your choice of beer or wine! Please bring a yoga mat and bottle of water, no other equipment required.
