Join us under the July Full Moon for an evening of Relaxation, Sunset Yoga, Sound Healing Meditation & a Despacho Ceremony! Experience sound healing meditation with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes all while flowing to a yin yoga practice & melting into an extended savasana. Allow yourself to be immersed in an ocean of sounds where you can release, relax and renew your body and mind. The healing vibrations allow you to relax deeply so you can release tension or blockages while accessing your natural healing abilities and harnessing the light and the power of the full moon. The Full Moon combined with the healing power of Mother Ocean is a time to clear, nourish and renew our bodies and spitrits. Together we will bathe in the potentcy of the Full Moon, be lulled by the ocean waves and connect with community. Following our practice and sound healing meditation, enjoy a despacho ceremony where we will create bundles filled with elements of the earth as an offering/prayer to Mother Earth. A South American tradition, cultivating healing and a commitment to spreading love and caring for our beautiful planet.
