Join New Generation Wellness as we make a trek for charity, in support of Alzheimers Disease and Muscular Dystrophy. Tyler Bellanova and Mike Wainwright will be biking 30 miles and running 10 miles across the state, from the Delaware to the Atlantic. Their trek ends at the Beach Haus Brewery where they will join all of you - to celebrate and donate! There will also be an optional 60 minute yoga class held by Eric Ferrone at 10:30am. Tickets are available for Yoga+Beer, Just Beer, or come just to support! There will be a basket raffle as well. Our goal is to raise a total of $3,000! All for two great charities: Alzheimers (MIND) and Muscular Dystrophy (BODY).
