The Inland Northwest Craft Beer Festival returns and will welcome 40 local WA breweries pouring more than 100 different beers. The award winning Inland Northwest Craft Beer Festival returns to Avista Stadium and will welcome 40 local Washington state craft breweries pouring more than 100 different beers. This year's event is an age 21+ event. No minors will be admitted. The Washington Beer Commission encourages you to drink responsibly. Designate a driver, take a rideshare or public transportation.  Event Dates and Times: Friday, September 20, 4:00pm-9:00pm Saturday, September 21, Noon-6:00pm Event Site Address w/ Free Parking! Avista Stadium-602 N Havana St Spokane, WA 99202 Ticket Information: $25 advance single day tickets/$30 single day at the door $40 two day pass. Designated driver admission is $5 and available at the door only (includes water/soda) Admission includes eight 4oz tastes. Additional tastes $2.00 each. Last call is 15 minutes before close. Last pour is 10 minutes before close. Beer and Brewery List: Participating brewery and beer list will be added in the coming weeks. The Washington Beer Commission was ratified by the Washington State Legislature on September 6, 2006 as an Agricultural Commodity Commission, becoming the first commodity commission for craft beer in the U.S.Through RCW 15.89 the state granted the commission the opportunity to produce up to 12 beer tasting festivals per year and to use the proceeds to promote and market Washington’s craft breweries. An assessment of ten cents per barrel produced by each brewery (with a cap assessment of $1,000) was also a part of the legislation. Washington state now boasts 420+ breweries and is still the only state in the nation with a beer commission.
