Job duties include: cleaning of common areas, hallways, and bathrooms; cutting lawns; minimal painting of apartments; on-call work 1 weekend a month; health insurance (company pays 50% and you pay 50% after first 30 days); 401(K) offered after first year. Hours will be Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m with 1-hour lunch break. Clean driving record required. $16.50 per hour.
