Join us as we celebrate our employees with a trip to Bonanzaville on September 16th! Paid event activity: 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Meal served at 5 p.m. Bonanzaville is open to enjoy until 8:30 p.m. (optional) District Offices:Separate coordinated events will be organized at select district offices. Please reach out to your supervisor for more information. Who is Eligible to Attend?As a family-friendly company event organized by BlueSquad, employees are allowed the number of tickets needed to accommodate their immediate family at no charge. While we understand the importance of sharing time with friends and extended family, we kindly ask that you limit your invites to your immediate family only (spouse/partner, child(ren) under the age of 18). If you do not have a spouse/partner or children (under the age of 18), you are allowed one additional ticket to use as you wish at no additional cost. Event DetailsAttendance includes a catered meal of pulled pork sandwiches and hotdogs, along with sides and refreshments. Vegetarian options are also available.Tents and seating will be available. Building ClosedAll buildings (Fargo and District Offices) are closing from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 16 to allow attendance. Please code the one (1) hour of time as “Company Event” under the “Leave” Charge Tree. Activities after 4:30 p.m. are optional and are not company paid time.
