Chef Michael designed five courses for you that highlight the perfect pairing of sausage & beer. You'll come to appreciate the Firestone Walker beers you already know and love as you enjoy them with our sausage pairings. And, we hope you'll be both surprised and delighted by the specialty beers Firestone Walker is bringing out for the event. We sure had fun designing the courses to pair with them. Quite a few members of the Firestone Walker team will be at the event to talk to us about the beers and answer all of your questions. Maybe they'll even bring a few extra beers for us to taste.. Just a sip...
