THE MT. BAKER BRITISH BRASS BAND IS AN EXCITING, NEW MUSIC ORGANIZATION IN BELLINGHAM, WA, THAT WAS FORMED IN 2019 Like all other music organizations, we closed down at the beginning of March 2020 due to the COVID outbreak. Now that activities are opening up again, we are planning on “getting the band” back together. Our repertoire includes original music for Brass Band, music of the Classics including Opera, Jazz, Broadway and Pop genres. We are expanding the band’s membership and are looking for additional members. We are looking to add Cornets, Eb Alto Horns, Trombones (must be able to read Treble Clef, Baritones and Bb Tubas, and Eb Tubas. We are also looking for 1-2 additional percussionists. We rehearse on Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. (Location is currently pending) If you are interested in joining or finding out more about the band, please to this posting.
