I Found Your Phone! You Keep Calling

I walk along the roads in Whatcom County and pick up aluminum cans to pay for my cancer bills, and I found a phone, pretty beat up. It was off Birch Bay Lynden, exit ramp. It rings all the time, but no matter how much I swipe, it won't go through. Called the Company with all the numbers, model etc on the back and they told me they couldn't help me. Plus I have another cell phone I found in very good shape, has something attached to the back of it, you will have to tell me what it is, to claim it's yours. This one I found out on Lummi Shore Road. Are you missing or have lost a phone lately?
