VivoAquatics provides a set of IoT and software solutions to many of the world’s leading resorts, waterparks, hotel chains and fitness clubs. We help manage costs, mitigate risks and improve guest satisfaction by providing the systems and solutions to manage water.
Position Summary:
The role of Warehouse Assistant will assist the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operations:
-Receive and check-in equipment and merchandise
-Prepare and process shipments via USPS, UPS, Fedex, and other freight carriers
-Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
-Maintain accurate inventory
-Assist the Customer Support team with controller lab work as needed
-Assist lab team with controller shipments
-Provide back-up with deliveries to smaller properties, using a small truck
-Pick up will-call orders from vendors when needed
-Deliver parts to technicians in the field when needed
Requirements:
-Previous forklift experience required, current forklift certification preferred
-Proficient in using computer software programs to process shipping and receiving
-Must be able to operate different warehouse equipment, such as a pallet jack, ladders, and hand-trucks.
-Must be able to lift, move, carry up to 75 lbs on a frequent basis
-Must be able to successfully pass a background and driver history check
-Valid driver's license required
-Must be over the age of 21
Job Classification:
-Full-time, Seasonal (with potential to rollover into a regular position at the end of Summer)
-Hourly, Non-Exempt
