Join us for our 5pm or 7pm sound bath sessions at Lightwell, located in the heart of downtown Kansas City for some time to unplug. Our events are open to everyone. Our mission is to raise the vibration of our community and our planet. A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various instrument sources. Please bring a mat or chair for seating. A cover-up is recommended for those who tend to feel cold.
