Supporting Pathfinders Children's Ministry that brings the hope of Jesus Christ to children and youth living in poverty in Reno/Sparks. Pathfinders Children's Ministry is a non-denominational faith-based 501(c)(3) Nevada non-profit ministry reaching inner-city at-risk children and youth living in motels, trailer parks, shelters and subsidized housing in Reno and Sparks.  Pathfinders is a parachurch ministry sponsored by 27 different local churches.  We have three goals:  1. Lead the children/youth to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; 2. Teach them that they are where they are due to poor choices made by others, but if they make better choices, their life can be dramatically better; 3.  Education is the key to escaping the poverty culture, therefore, they must stay in school and do their best.
