Retirement celebration in honor of Melissa Avery Please join us at 3:00pm at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing to celebrate with Melissa. Brief program to start at 3:30pm. Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP by clicking on Register. Each guest must be individually registered. For those who are interested, you may make a gift in Melissa's name at the Midwifery Scholarship Fund. This scholarship aims to make education possible for underrepresented students with demonstrated financial need in the midwifery program and to help prepare them for pivotal roles in clinical care, education, and leadership. The fund was established by Melissa Avery and her husband Randy Schnoes to advance efforts to build a school community that better reflects the diversity found in the communities with which it partners. The Midwifery Impact Scholarship will be awarded to full-time students seeking a degree with a specialization in midwifery. 2019 Adjunct & Affiliate Event at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing
