The Teen Workforce Initiative along with ACYR and Neighborhood Ministries will be providing job ready workshops, mock interviews and more. The Teen Workforce Initiative is a collaboration between St. Joseph the Worker and Dress for Success Phoenix to help teens and young adults become employable and employed, so that they never fall into the troubling demographic of “disconnected youth”. Together, we go into high schools, colleges and other locations where young people are served, meeting them where they are already comfortable and giving them access to the resources that will make them more workforce-ready and better employees. Creating early success in young adulthood makes all the difference for their futures!
