Seeking a local rep who can assist utility activations gigs (power, gas, water) for single-family homes. Searching for someone to help out ASAP. Handyman or contractor experience preferred. What you would do: - Meet utility technicians at vacant homes and grant access for service - Collect utility information at homes like meter numbers - Validate electric/water/gas services are active after service transfers (must be handy enough to turn water valves on/off and electrical breakers on/off to test utilities) - Drop-off documents/applications at local municipality offices Requirements: - Located in market - Ability to travel between properties; sometimes multiple in one day - Comfortable using or learning Slack (mobile chat application) to receive work orders and communicate updates - Excellent communication and an owners-mentality; you can act as the company's "eyes on the ground" and relay important information about our properties Compensation: $15/hr, weekly pay!
