A divine evening of divinity, community, and nourishment. We will be enjoying a reiki-infused three course meal at the round table. I am THRILLED to be hosting my first dinner event in Phoenix. After eight years in NYC, and many events later, I fled to Phoenix to be one with the desert! Something about the Southwest called to me... And I realized it was the community that came with it! I am a professionally trained chef, who has worked at various restaurants around NYC, James Beard Awarded, nominated, and even Michelin-rated... But no menu has served better than that from my own hands! As a chef, I have spent so much time trying to find the PERFECT restaurant. One that astounds me with curation, menu development, and flavor profiles... But none have hit the mark. So I took the matter into my own hands and decided to curate these beautiful events that bring everything I want to life! As a spiritual being, I find myself deeply connected to the moon cycles. The new moon is for bringing in the new, and the full moon is for release! And with that, I find myself spending my full moons with good food. The ritual of preparation and creation has become such a sacred experience for me, and I am so eager to share it with you.
