Tzadik Properties, LLC, an industry-leading, multifamily property management company, is proud to participate in the July 21–24 FreedomFest at Mount Rushmore, Rapid City, South Dakota. The annual event is where free minds meet to celebrate “great books, great ideas, and great thinkers” in an open-minded environment. Tzadik has significantly expanded its portfolio into South Dakota over the past few years. The company’s South Dakota “Estates in the Blacks Hills” division includes Vista Lodge in Lead, Cheyenne River Ranch in Caputa, and Raz Hideaway in Whitewood. Hendry will speak about Tzadik’s expansion into South Dakota during his session, “Surviving a ‘Melt-Up’: A Vision for South Dakota” on Thursday, July 22 at 3:10 p.m. MT. He will share the vision he saw in 2018, when Tzadik first entered the South Dakota market. He is one of more than 200 expert speakers, who will share information on a wide range of important topics. “I’m happy to be a part of FreedomFest, and share how and why South Dakota is a hotspot for real estate investments,” said Hendry. “We are very pleased to have created our ‘Estates in the Black Hills’ division in South Dakota, and offer breathtaking properties for short-term rentals.” Tzadik’s “Estates in the Black Hills” division purchased its three properties for more than $21 million: Vista Lodge is a vast 6.6-acre property including seven bedrooms and four bathrooms.Cheyenne River Ranch is an expansive property covering 22,000 acres of income-producing land, including kosher bison meat, cabins, short-term rentals and guided hunting tours. The property is only 1½ hours from Mount Rushmore National Memorial and Crazy Horse Memorial. Raz Hideaway is situated on approximately 200 acres with mesmerizing views of Black Hills, Bear Butte, Terry Peak and the vast prairie. The ranch-style estate offers 2-story ceilings and a basement. It features seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a hobby room, library, office, exercise room, and movie theatre. Tzadik will be located at booth 213 at the FreedomFest event.
