NORTH ANDOVER, MA — A homophobic and antisemitic note was found on an LGBTQ+ North Andover resident's doorstep Monday morning, the North Andover Pride Project said. It is the second incident involving antisemitic symbols in a month, after graffiti was found along the Mills to Hills trail June 12. The note, found on a condo front doormat, said "a card from your dear friend" on the front and had swastikas and a death threat including a homophobic slur on the inside. The condo has a Pride flag hanging outside, Jen Bauer of the Pride Project told WBZ NewsRadio. The incident was reported to the North Andover police and the Pride Project asked anyone with information to contact the police non-emergency line 978-683-3168 or [email protected].
