Job located at 639 11th St Richmond CA, SFR Job is to demo grass, dirt, dump, install concrete driveway & walkway Pay $1800 to demo grass, all concrete in front yard; dirt; dump; level dirt 5" deep; 490 sq ft (all grass area in front yard including area next to curb); including 1-2 squares of city sidewalk that is cracked; demo grass, dirt; dump; level dirt 4" deep 160 sq ft (right side yard) Pay $500 to install forms; base rock Pay $800 finish/brush concrete after pour (3 man team/ 4 hours) ; repair small 1.5 ft of broken concrete curb Pay $600 to demo; dump concrete, and install 8 ft concrete apron (driveway) at right side of house (connecting street to the concrete pads; of course the concrete pads will be demoed) * I will obtain permit Via venmo or PayPal 1-3 day job Looking for a team. Must have 5 years experience in concrete driveways, have 2 recent job references, and have truck to remove dirt; pick up gravel as needed. No drugs, alcohol, no scammers. *Local workers preferred.
