These can be houses, apartment buildings, or small commercial buildings (please see the attached photos). 3) you may know someone who needs to sell due to death, divorce, disease, relocation, expanding family, etc. Important: we’re NOT interested in properties already for sale on the market. 4) if you see a property like this, or know a potential seller, please send the property address and at least 2 photos if possible (you can txt, submit online, or email). We will do all the work after to locate the owner and keep things discreet if you prefer. If we buy the property, we pay you $500-5,000 just for the tip. It's that straight-forward and simple.
