We are an established construction company based in Pleasanton. (This is not an ad from a recruiter) We are now expanding to offer abatement and demolition services. We are looking for experienced asbestos workers, supervisors and an Operations Manager. Our work is mostly around the Bay Area. Qualifications: Current EPA / Asbestos training and medical cert. Any other certs are a plus (Hazwoper, lead, mold, 10/30 hr OSHA card). Minimum 2 years experience in the abatement construction industry. Reliable mode of Transportation, as our projects are all over the Bay Area. Daily travel is required. California drivers license a plus. Hard working, honest, flexible and able to perform general construction labor. Any networking and contacts related to labor, consultants and customers within the abatement industry is a plus. Great ground floor opportunity with long term growth potential. We have all the systems in place with the proper contractor licenses, insurance, bonding, equipment, tools, vehicles, etc.... We just need the team to go out and perform the projects safely and efficiently. Also, we perform some prevailing wage work with various state and federal agency's. Potential for higher pay on those projects. I've been in the abatement industry as a contractor for 30 years. I'm willing to train and assist those willing to learn and grow.
