To Apply: The Operations Technician role will provide technical assistance to the production team in our electronics lab, prototyping shop, and inventory. Operations technicians work with our electrical, mechanical, and software engineering teams to ensure Stafl Systems meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency for our world-class hardware and software products and valued customers. Operations Technician is responsible for: Organizing supplies and hardware Assisting with electronics lab Assisting with 3D printers, CNC, laser welder Interfacing with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to Facility maintenance What You Bring: Experience with wiring and building wire harnesses Industrial and commercial equipment experience Collaboration with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Windows OS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain good documentation Excellent fine-motor skills Highly organized Careful attention to detail Strong work ethic with an orientation toward efficiency and process improvement Ability to work independently at times, but also thrive in a team environment Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and professional relationships Ability to learn new skills Creative problem-solving What Makes You Stand Out: Facility maintenance experience  Industrial/commercial equipment experience Experience with basic soldering Physical Requirements: This position is located in a warehouse and office environment. Exposure to weather-changing climate is a feature of the work environment. The following physical abilities are necessary and are essential functions of this position: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Ability to withstand changes in climate and weather. Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and sit for a minimum of 7 hours per day.
