Maintenance Techs - NEEDED ASAP!!!!! SOLANA/SAN FRANCISCO/OAKLAND/SAN JOSE This position is responsible for various maintenance duties and handling service requests requiring technical labor skills, including, but not limited to repairs and adjustments, electrical installations, plumbing, pool maintenance, light carpentry/construction, dry walling, painting, vinyl repair and installation and appliance repair. Prepares vacant units for occupancy and completes maintenance checklist. Keeps records of maintenance work performed and materials used. Prior experience in Apartment Maintenance is preferred but not required, Must be able to pass a drug screen. Position requires a HS Diploma or sufficient education and training. Must be a team player, possess basic communication skills and maintain a positive attitude.
