SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police and unedited by Patch, all of last week's arrests: At 2:06 a.m. on July 6, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39-year-old male, Ismael Maysonet of Hoboken, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Maysonet was also charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to Law Enforcement and Exhibiting a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C]. Mr. Maysonet was served his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 7 motor vehicle summonses and his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. At 12:51 p.m. on July 6, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 47-year-old male, Sloan Williams of Jersey City, NJ for three outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ, 1 warrant in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option, 1 warrant in the amount of $250.00 and 1 warrant in the amount of $100. Mr. Williams was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. At 11:22 p.m. on July 6, the Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle stopped in the right lane near the intersection of Park Plaza Drive and Plaza Drive. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old Devonte Carhee of Wilmington, DE for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D]. Mr. Carhee was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 9:00 a.m. on July 7, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a burglary into a motor vehicle that occurred on June 14 on the 700 block of Hudson Avenue, the Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old male, Isaiah Ortiz-Hayre of Garfield, NJ after Mr. Ortiz-Hayre turned himself in at Secaucus Police Department Headquarters. Mr. Ortiz-Hayre was charged with Burglary [2C:18-2A(2)], Theft [2C:20-3A] and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6H]. Mr. Ortiz-Hayre was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. At 1:00 p.m. on July 7, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in regards to an eluding incident that occurred at 1:49 a.m. on July 4, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Kofi Yeboah of Teaneck, NJ and a 20-year-old male, Riaz Gomez of West New York, NJ at Secaucus Police Department Headquarters for Eluding [2C:29-2B]. Mr. Yeboah was served his complaint summons along with 19 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. Mr. Gomez was served his complaint warrant along with 18 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. At 1:39 p.m. on July 10, Secaucus Police responded to the 3000 building of Riverside Station Boulevard on a report of a theft of a bicycle from a balcony. During the investigation, the police arrested a 34-year-old male, Jamal Johnson of Newark, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Johnson was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until provenguilty.
