HORACE EMPOWERMENT PRESENTS THE BEAUTY HONORS Horace Empowerment Inc. presents, The Beauty Honors Awards Gala, To Honor and Award Beauty Professionals. This awards program recognizes accomplished Stylists, Barbers, Make-up Artists, Nail Techs and more. We will also honor "Lifetime Achievement Stylists" who have been in the Beauty Business for more than 30 years. In addition to the recognition, the event features great food, cocktails, and entertainment. This event was held on Sunday, August 22, 2021. Our festive Cocktail Reception starts at 6:00 with Awards Show to follow. Tickets are $40.00 with partial proceeds to benefit our Cosmetology Scholarship program. For 15 years I was blessed and honored to organize and host Hair Connection: A Scholarship Hair and Fashion Show in Columbus, Ga. I greatly enjoyed seeing the creativity from my colleagues during the hair shows. However, I decided they should be honored for their great works. Thus in 2011, The Beauty Honors was born.
