Press release from the Arlington County Government: July 14, 2021 Logan was originally a rescue dog that was donated to the Arlington County Sheriffs Office by the Maryland Department of Public Safety & Correctional Services. He was then paired with his partner Corporal Matthew Camardi and went through a certified drug detection training program of 320 hours in April 2020. Logan and Corporal Camardi train three full days a month to maintain their certifications. Logan enjoys lounging in a kiddie pool full of water in Carmardi's family's back yard in his leisure time.
