We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades/finish contractor to help finish the last punch list items on an older home. Work includes: Tile work Painting Baseboards and Trim Window repairs Putting together cabinets Misc carpentry Need someone to work both independently and with another crew member. Can pay on a per project or per hour basis. At least a week's worth of work, maybe two. Looking for someone to start as soon as next week. If things go well, we'll be needing someone for the same type of work for a house in Centralia within a few weeks. Please reply with your experience doing this type of work plus references from past projects.
