HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Drivers in Harford County will have an added incentive to stay sober behind the wheel next weekend. A checkpoint to screen for drivers who are intoxicated is planned for Saturday, July 24, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office. The checkpoint will take place at night, officials said. A location was not disclosed.
