All you need is a love to clean residential homes and be detail oriented. This position is part-time offering 20-30 hours per week with the potential to move to full-time. Pay DOE. Applicants must be available to work 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday. No evenings, weekends, no partial days, no short-term work available. We are searching for a candidate who wants long term stable employment, has a dependable economy car, and can commute to all our service areas. Service areas include: Black Diamond, Kent, Covington, Issaquah, S.E. Renton, North Bend and N. Auburn. Applicants must be willing to commute to all areas as required and live in the Greater Maple Valley area of WA. Display Good Communication Skills and Speak Fluent English Own a Cell Phone Show Proof of Permanent Residence Not Have Allergies to Dogs/Cats Be Able to Work Around People POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift 30lbs, push a vacuum for extended periods of time. Able to reach, stretch, bend, climb stairs and be on your feet up to 8 hours. Perform tasks on a ladder up to 6 feet. No sensitivities to bleach or strong smells. Able to assist clients with special tasks. Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a love for cleaning Can take constructive criticism. Must be organized and have good time management skills. Can easily use Gmail to send/receive emails, take photos, send attachments. Able to use apps for schedule, timecard, and messaging. Well versed in using map apps for travel to customer locations Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 DOE COVID-19 considerations: We provide masks, nitrile and regular cleaning gloves, as well as utilize cleaners that are proven to kill the Coronavirus. All clients are expected to follow safe distancing parameters when home.
