Epic Asset Management a leading property management company is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper at Willows Court in Seattle, WA. BASIC SCOPE AND FUNCTION OF POSITION - At the direction of the Community Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor, the Groundskeeper will be responsible for performing general property cleaning, which includes some maintenance duties inside and outside, help with apartment turns, painting, cleaning roofs and gutters. QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year related experience and/or training.
