CAN the OZONE in the Stratosphere be REPLACED

We have reason for concern over losses to the Earth's Ozone. I don't think we need to go into panic mode yet. The Ozone layer shields all life on the planet from harmful ultraviolet radiation. If we lose it, sun screen will do no good. The resulting global temperature increase would destroy nearly all species of plant and animal. Kind of like how the Dinosaurs died out. Would not matter if we could find shelter underground. We would likely starve. This would be the REAL GLOBAL WARMING. Not the made-up stuff dreamed up by the Environmentalists. Over the last twenty or more years, Carbon dioxide has made no significant climate effect. When Space Junk from the International Space station burned up over the Pacific Northwest last month, it caused the DRAMATIC temperature increase that could destroy life. If if were over a larger area. NO AMOUNT of air conditioning would make a difference. We NOW know for sure that Carbon dioxide IS NOT the cause of global warming. Time for ALL CITIZENS to confront their governments and get the solution figured out. None of that Carbon credit crap. But the REAL thing. Stop putting more junk in orbit until we can develop the technology to do it without killing the OZONE. Perhaps the gifted engineers of the world can somehow produce enough OZONE and transport it where it is needed. One thing for sure. WE need to get our government to stop lying about the cause of global warming. We already know what caused it and how they ignored it. Lets hope they listen. Thanks, Bill
