Hello, just wanted to let people know that if you see posts or people saying that they can ship the animal, it is a scam. I just got scammed on a listing made on Saturday regarding about ragdoll kittens. They said that the cat is free and to pay for shipping but they kept coming up with excuses one after the other. I never received the cat and now they do not want to talk to me after I told them that they have been reported. I spoke to one of the credited pet shippers and they said that due to the weather, none of the animals are allowed in the belly of the plane at this time. They have to be together with the human above. The “person” that was sending it was a woman but refused to text or call. When I was received a text from the “shipping company”, I received another text from a different number saying that the payment that was done was not sufficient and that it was $300 short. Pretty smart of making it look like I was talking to a legitimate company. I unfortunately did not take a picture of the original post made on here so I cannot make any posts. And it’s been reported so there’s a case going on for it and I don’t want to give up anymore information. If you get conned regarding about animals being shipped, call the USDA Animal Plant Health Inspection Services, report to Federal Trade Commission, the local FBI division and US Postal Inspection. If you have any questions on state requirements for animal shipping, call the Department of Agriculture or ask to talk to the state Vetrinarian. I was dumb to think that I would be getting a cat but doesn’t mean that other people should go through what I did.
