Promotional product company located in Miami (33150) is looking for an experienced pad printer operator / technician to add to its team! Previous experience in the printing industry is definitely a plus! SUMMARY Pad printer operator is responsible for performing plates making, ink mixing, printer setup and printing. The successful candidate is also responsible to interface with the graphic design team for artwork preparation and revisions. This position requires a fastidious attention to detail and quality! REQUIREMENTS • Knowledgeable in Pad Printing technique • Knowledgeable in color mixing, color matching, plate making • Must recognize colors and different numeric codifications • Maintain a clean work area and apply proper maintenance to equipment • Ability to work independently with a constant focus on meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Overtime required when needed • Pass background check • Must have social security number and be allowed to work in the US. • Must have reliable self-transportation to and from work • Must be detailed-oriented with good vision • Able to lift a maximum of 48lbs QUALITIES • Good attention to detail and quality oriented • Prompt and have good attendance • Safety conscious • Dedicated team player and maintain a positive attitude • Able to follow instructions / procedures carefully This is a full-time position on company payroll, from Monday to Friday.
