Press release from the City of South Bend: July 14, 2021 Starting Thursday, July 15, North Shore Drive from Leeper to Niles avenues will be closed for AEP to install an underground transmission line. A section of the East Bank Trail from Angela Boulevard to North Shore Drive will also be closed at this time. Detour routes will be Leeper and Niles avenues.
