Scam seller of shih tzu puppies

I purchased a shih tzu puppy from Gigi and her Mom. We met in boynton beach. She sold me a 8week old male shih tzu puppy with no papers and no documentation of his shots, deworming or vet check. She promised me she would send all the paperwork to me, since the puppies were her moms and she had all the paperwork. I purchased the dog on Saturday and never heard from her again. I have tried to contact her and she is not returning any of my calls or messages. Do not buy a puppy from these people. Your poor puppy will have to go through all shots again, if they even ever gave them their shots like they said they did. I spent 1200.00 on the puppy and now I don’t even know the health of this poor dog.
