Job description Looking to be part of an amazing team? The Tru by Hilton in Concord is seeking a part-time dedicated and reliable Maintenance Associate to support the hotel maintenance operations and hotel assets to include refrigeration, heating, plumbing and maintaining top quality standards as required. Some essential duties and responsibilities include: Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times.Assist in maintenance operations for the facility to include but not limited to: refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water softeners and treatment, A/C units, ice machines, lighting, kitchen equipment, emergency equipment/systems, switch rooms, roof exhausts, electrical substations, painting, wall covering repairs, etc.Ensure all projects are completed according to specifications and on timePossess comprehensive knowledge of guest room electronic locksSecure and maintain key inventory for all hotel locksResponsible for telephone system, high speed internet, movies and cableAssist and instruct craftsmen scheduling work, materials and project completionMaintain and participate in preventive maintenance program for guestrooms, public space and all equipmentMaintain cleanliness of grounds and attractiveness of landscapingEnsure cleanliness and orderliness of workspace and storage areasAvailable for on-call and weekend work as requiredAdheres to safety requirements and attends safety training complying with all OSHA, state and federal guidelinesAssists to ensure building is prepared for city and state inspectionsEnsure cleanliness and orderliness of all workspace and storage areas If interested in this position, please apply on Indeed or stop by the hotel to complete an employment application.
