Job description The Comfort Inn located in Concord, NH is seeking a committed and dedicated Room Attendant/Housekeeper to ensure high levels of guest service and satisfaction by cleaning and supplying rooms, laundry and public areas. Some essential responsibilities include: providing top quality service and meets guests needs; thoroughly clean all assigned guestrooms to include: changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, washing, and replenishing supplies; thoroughly clean public space, work areas, and storage areas; maintain room quality based on hotel standards; follow standard procedures for acceptance and security of guest lost and found items; ensure master keys and located guestroom keys are properly secured.
