Lost my dog

Please if anybody knows any information on my lost dog, money will be given I just want to know he is safe. Mr.Bean escaped on July 9 at around 9:00pm. He has major separation anxiety from me so he freaked out being at my moms house and managed to make a hole in her fence. He has a split on his tongue and scars on the right side of his body.
