Hadwin-White Buick GMC Subaru is looking for a a hard working individual with a good attitude and strong work ethic to assist with property upkeep. Must have initiative and be self-driven to notice and handle property issues. This includes doing the work yourself: pressure washing service bays, keeping directional arrows and lines freshly painted, using blower to keep grounds clean as needed and then working with vendors on property issues (calling plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.) as necessary and working with dealership department managers regarding box and garbage disposal. Must be able to do physical labor yet also have good communication skills when working with vendors or fellow employees.
