Join our Outdoor Education Team! Inside Out is looking for experienced, enthusiastic facilitators to join our team for our Fall season! Inside Out is committed to creating experiential education programs that will leave participants with a sense of accomplishment, learning, adventure, and bonding. Program Overview: Programs are typically 1-8 days in length and take place at one of our partner camp facilities, a local state park or nearby national forest. Group ages are 5th through 12th grade, and each program is created to fit the needs of our clients. Season Overview: Fall Season: August 14th - November 10, 2021. Qualifications: Current First Aid/ CPR / EPI certified Experience working with youth Proven ability to manage youth groups Ability to pass a background check Responsibilities: Facilitate groups of 10-14 students through multiple activities in OE curriculum Ability to facilitate team building initiatives, group games, ice breakers, and warm-up activities. Lead groups through activity rotations such as high ropes course, day hikes, team building initiatives, and night time activities. Group management Maintaining the emotional and physical well-being of students (challenge by choice) We do not provide housing outside of the day before, during, and day after a program. Programs are contract work, sign on for as many or as few programs as your schedule allows! We also have Backpacking Programs available for staffing.
