Teen Killed In Weekend Shooting, Delco Police Seek Suspect

COLWYN BOROUGH, PA – Delaware County authorities are seeking the public's help locating a suspect following the shooting death of a teen over the weekend. Around 9:15 p.m. Friday, Colwyn Borough Police responded to a reported shooting near Colwyn Avenue and Apple Street. According to police, a 16-year-old Philadelphia girl succumbed to injuries from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at Penn Presbyterian Hospital. There is no known motive and the suspect is still at large, police said. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Delaware County District Attorney's Criminal Investigations Division or the Colwyn Borough Police Department.
