U.S. Contractors is seeking a Cleaner to join our team! Flexible hours! Part-time or Full-time position is possible depending upon skills. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in multiple commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing carpets Cleaning appliances, bathrooms, and windows Perform routine maintenance tasks Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Deep cleaning for property turnovers Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields a plus Ability to handle physical workload- Ability to lift 50 pounds Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Works independently Good communication skills
