Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 07/14/2021 211950860 Preliminary Information: On 7/14/21, around 12:28 pm, officers responded to 3178 Peachtree Rd NE in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a male with a gunshot wound. He was alert, conscious and breathing and transported to the hospital for treatment. Preliminary investigation indicates the victim was shot by a male suspect during a physical altercation that began in the parking lot of 2770 Lenox Rd NE. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
